Brent Crawford started playing drums at the age of 15. His love for progressive rock and jazz became a major influence in his style. He was also a founding member of the group "Tibet." Brent has enjoyed over 20 years of composing, recording and producing with the band Gone Fission. Gone Fissions newest CD "Lean Into It" was produced by Brent.
David Pleasance began studying classical piano and later moving to guitar and bass. David's strong interest in symphonic music was a result of his fathers' training as a classical violinist. He began playing in bands in 1976 and in 1981 he started to experiment with synthesizers and MIDI to fulfill his desire to expand the sonic landscape. In 1981, he became a founding member of Tibet, a band in which he assumed a number of roles including composing, playing keyboards and bass. In 1987 he began a new career in audio engineering. In 1991 he co-wrote and co-produced Gone Fission's first CD. From 1992 until 1998 David played keyboards for the Steve Sherman Project. David's production, writing and engineering is an integral part of the sound of all Gone Fission CDs.
